Marius Janulis
As COO, Marius leads, manages, integrates and is accountable for all functions of Technium. He is responsible for business plan execution and financial results of the company.
Before co-founding Technium, Marius built his career in the early days of internet expansion and adoption at Genuity and BBN was an IP Networking Engineer for GTE Internetworking where he designed, implemented and maintained the organization's IP Ethernet network.
Marius has a BS in Computer Science from Syracuse University.
Michael Joseph
As CEO, Michael leads Technium towards achieving its vision of being a leader in providing internet connectivity solutions. Early in his career, Michael worked to help organizations achieve the promises of the internet in its nascent stages including roles as an engineer for US Air Force Base network management and technical strategy in several venture-backed network and security product companies. Prior to co-founding Technium Michael also held leadership positions at General Electric, BBN and Akamai.
Michael’s passion for communications networking lead the core principles that are fundamental to Technium: Network Operational excellence, providing extensive opportunities for technical training to the entire company, and creating tools that drive positive business outcomes for customers
Mike holds a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst

As Vice President of Business & People, Rebecca oversees Technium’s business operations, sales strategy, and organizational development. She ensures the company’s internal and client-facing teams are aligned, empowered, and equipped to deliver exceptional results across every engagement.
Rebecca is a results-oriented executive with a proven record of driving operational efficiency, revenue growth, and employee success. Her leadership emphasizes clarity, accountability, and collaboration — building structures that allow people and processes to perform at their best.
With deep experience in business management and team development, Rebecca bridges strategic planning with day-to-day execution, ensuring Technium operates as one cohesive, high-performing organization.
