Marius Janulis | CTO
As Technium’s Chief Technology Officer, Marius leads the company’s technology vision and strategy, with responsibility for product development, network and security architecture, cybersecurity, and innovation. He serves as Technium’s senior technical authority, providing leadership on complex customer environments, critical escalations, and the evaluation of emerging technologies.
A co-founder of Technium, Marius has spent his career designing, building, and operating complex network infrastructure. Before Technium, he held engineering roles with Genuity, BBN, and GTE Internetworking during the rapid expansion of the commercial internet, developing the deep networking expertise that continues to shape Technium’s technical approach today.
Marius holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Syracuse University.
Michael Joseph | CEO
As Chief Executive Officer at Technium, Michael leads Technium towards achieving its vision of being a leader in providing internet connectivity solutions. Early in his career, Michael worked to help organizations achieve the promises of the internet in its nascent stages including roles as an engineer for US Air Force Base network management and technical strategy in several venture-backed network and security product companies. Prior to co-founding Technium Michael also held leadership positions at General Electric, BBN and Akamai.
Michael’s passion for communications networking lead the core principles that are fundamental to Technium: Network Operational excellence, providing extensive opportunities for technical training to the entire company, and creating tools that drive positive business outcomes for customers

Rebecca Gates | COO
As Chief Operating Officer, Rebecca Gates leads Technium’s business operations and Service Delivery organization, including the Project Management Office (PMO). She is responsible for ensuring the people, processes, and operational structure behind Technium’s services work together to deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
Rebecca brings a results-driven approach to operational leadership, with a focus on accountability, continuous improvement, and clear execution. She works across teams to strengthen how Technium plans, communicates, delivers, and measures its work, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency while giving teams the structure and support they need to succeed.
With deep experience in business management, organizational development, and team leadership, Rebecca has a strong ability to turn strategy into action. Her leadership helps ensure Technium continues to scale its operations without losing sight of what matters most: strong teams, reliable execution, and exceptional service for our customers.
